Charles Gonnet Crémant de Savoie Brut NV

Charles Gonnet Crémant de Savoie Brut is a crisp, traditional-method sparkling wine from the French Alps. Zesty and dry, featuring notes of citrus, green apple, white flowers and a distinct alpine stony minerality, this elegant sparkler is known for its bright acidity and fresh orchard fruit characteristics, fine bubbles and slight creaminess.

Made from 100% hand-harvested native Jacquère grapes carried in small crates to direct pneumatic press. Selected juice only (first press), no skin contact maceration, stainless steel tank fermentation with indigeanous yeasts, six months aging on lees, no malolactic fermentation.

Domaine Gonnet holds about 13 hectares in the heart of the Savoie Region in the French Alps, where it has been producing wine for generations in Chignin. A traditional estate with tremendous quality for the value. Crémant de Savoie is a new appellation., with the first wines released in December 2015.
