Bright citrus bursts from the glass, carried by a zesty energy and the fresh scent of a sea breeze. Crisp and vibrant, the flavors offer a lively mix of lemons, peaches, acacias and a subtle salinity, leaving a lively, clean, refreshing finish.

100% Passerina, a varietal native to Marche. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible to be selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Ceppo Marche Passerina is allowed to continue to harmonize on the fine lees for four months for a silky texture and balanced acidity. Thanks to its balanced fruit acidity, Ceppo Marche Passerina has a velvety mouthfeel without lacking in juicy liveliness.
