Judith Beck's Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) delivers a fresh and vivacious experience. On the nose, it unveils harmonious aromas of green apple and juicy pear, leaving room for a hint of orange blossom. On the palate, its gentle texture and tranquil fruit meld with a subtle freshness, notes of peach, clementine and apricot enveloped in a saline breeze. Fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and aged on its lees in acacia barrels, the wine features a "baby orange" style.

For over 15 years, Judith Beck's estate has been certified biodynamic, promoting soil health through the formation of humus. Once the manual harvest is done, the vinification process is minimally invasive and avoids the use of chemicals at any stage of production. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts, and finally, the wine is bottled without fining.
