Clovis Côtes-du-Rhône 2023

Côtes-du-Rhône blends have been popular for a reason; they are fun, easy drinking, versatile and easy on the wallet. Clovis Côtes-du-Rhône is a bit more elevated but still an incredibly approachable wine. Aromas and flavors of red and wild berries, a touch of sweet spice, silky tannins. It's generous and silky on the palate, with good concentration and a smooth dry finish.

Remi Pouizin's certified organic farm in Visan, as well as other chosen growers, produce this delicate and fruit-forward Côtes du Rhône. Made from organically grown grapes and minimal intervention in the winery, it adds Cinsault and Carignan to the typical Grenache and Syrah blend, and a mild extraction in the cellar yields vibrant, spice-tinged red fruit with soft tannins. The extraction is quite delicate, resulting in silky tannins and a fresh expression of red fruits and spice.
