Trinch is named in honor of a German phrase meaning “cheers.” Keeping in the same spirit, this is a young-vine softer Cabernet Franc meant to be drunk right away. It's lighter in style than the Bretons' other wines. Pure dark berry fruit with a touch of thyme, a punchy, a bistro-style Bourgueil that’s both structured and glouglou. Let the wine aerate and open to demonstrate its full delicious, musky fruit character. 

The young-vine Cabernet Franc, full of energetic vigor, is gently de-stemmed and cold-macerated in stainless steel to ensure maximal fruit expression. When served chilled, this bottling smells firm and fresh, like a gravel road after a summer rain.

They are based in Bourgueil in the Loire Valley and have an impressive spread of vineyards ranging in soils and vine age.
