L'Épicurieux "Hey Joe" Morgon Corcelette 2019

A deep nose, almost a hint spicy, darker fruited. More concentration and seriousness here – but all is fresh, too. A wine that will need time to unwind, slowly melting with fine flavour. This is another really excellent wine from L'Épicurieux. So long, so involving. It would really benefit from a year or two in your cellar, but you could also very much enjoy it today.

Farmed organically, fermented on wild yeasts, no sulphur added. The winemaker is moving towards biodynamic certification and has recently acquired the new French natural wine certification "Vin Methode Nature." All of his wines are vinified the same way to really express the difference in the soils.
