Brilliant, bright and clear, with hues of yellow and white gold. Intoxicating perfumes of summer flowers and fruit fill the nose. Mineral, salty and floral, it delivers a flexible, balanced, albeit light but juicy and pleasantly lemony substance with salty oyster shell minerality. Chablis couldn't be more authentic than this.

Charly Nicolle, a seventh-generation vigneron who learned the craft of viticulture and winemaking from his father, embraces the challenges of winemaking with dedication, describing it as a journey “Per aspera ad astra” (through hardships to the stars). He honors this commitment with his wine "Per Aspera," crafted from hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes. Fermented with native yeasts and aged on lees for approximately 25 days, the result is a balanced and saline Chablis with authentic AOC character.
