Pale gold color. The full bouquet has pear, citrus, and mineral tones that open instantly. This is a highly aromatic wine with an excellent balance between soft and dry on the palate, and an almost lush finish of white flowers like lilac mixed with ripe white fruit.  A bright jewel.

Daniel Crochet is one of the most talented winemakers in the Loire region. He cultivates 10 hectares on plots located between Bué and Sancerre, fully exploiting the soils of white earth and pebbles. Both in the entry-level wines and in the prestige cuvées, all wines are consistently excellent.

Domaine Daniel Crochet is a fourth-generation family-owned winery located in the heart of France's Sancerre region. Established in 1996 by Daniel Crochet, who studied viticulture and oenology at the Lycée Wine Avize in the Marne Valley. The estate emphasizes organic farming practices, incorporating techniques such as ploughing, allowing natural grass growth among the vines and cultivating grass between vine rows to preserve soil quality and limit yields, ensuring maximum grape concentration. Since 2020, the vineyards have been undergoing conversion to certified organic agriculture.
