Vibrant nose, white florals, peach & sherbet jump out of the glass, with just a little savory hint of lemon. The bright front palate is backed up by delicate structure and a moreish acidity, striking a lovely balance of citrus power & floral elegance. Crisp, high-toned and deliciously dry, but with a sweet side and a very pleasing savoury finish.

Mac Forbes is committed to seeking out sites that he deems to be strong and unusual. Often these vineyards were unloved when discovered, however through listening to and learning from the sites themselves, he has been able to bring back the health of the vineyards and share their character through the wines he is now making. He is regularly surprised at the clarity and beauty of the sites found. And as a result, he is learning a lot from his very small and slow project about our land and our place within it.
